Indiana Deferred Compensation

ISPA has received several calls on who to contact to receive information on our Deferred Comp Plan.  Go to www.hoosierstart.com. and for all questions please call 1-877-728-6738 and take option #2 and this will place you in touch with an Indiana representative that will answer your questions.  Great West Retirement Services is the 3rd party administrator of our Deferred Plan.


Alliance Security, Inc.

Alliance Security Inc. (ASI), was incorporated in 1993 for the purpose of maximizing the skills and experience of active and retired Indiana State Troopers. Public and private businesses across Indiana have growing needs for private security and investigative services. These needs can be fulfilled with ASI personnel who have extensive knowledge, skills and abilities in all aspects of law enforcement.

 ASI presently employs a combination of over 300 active and retired members of the Indiana State Police. Whether the need is for traffic direction, site security, background investigation for entry level or corporate level positions, ASI has the depth and breadth of experience to meet security related needs throughout Indiana. ASI services are available across Indiana, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.  

Alliance Security, Inc. (ASI) is managed by Wayne Flick. Wayne just retired from the Indiana State Police after almost 32 years. Kelley Ford, our Operations Manager is a 25 year employee of the State Police Alliance and she will help you with the scheduling and any questions you may have.  If you have any financial questions reference ASI please contact Kathy Butler Financial Administrator at the ASI Office.
