ISPA Motorcycle Raffle The Indiana State Police Alliance (ISPA) has served our Indiana Troopers since 1974 and currently have approximately 1100 members of This raffle will be administrated by the Board of Directors and staff of ISPA. Tickets will go on sale April 1 through April 11 for ISPA members only. Starting April 12, 2008 the tickets will go on sale to the general public. Each raffle ticket will cost $50. All of the funds raised will go to benefit the Troopers and families of ISPA. For more information on the ISPA benefits please go to our web-site at www.indianasfinest.com. ISPA should receive the OCC motorcycle by the end of March. The ISPA staff will display the motorcycle at different events around The gaming license number for this event is 112845 and this license expires on September 29, 2008. ISPA Motorcycle Raffle Rules Tickets will go on sale starting April 1, 2008 and will be available for purchase by Indiana State Police Alliance (ISPA) Members Only through April 11, 2008. On April 12, 2008 tickets will be available for purchase by the general public and these tickets will be sold nationally until the drawing on September 29, 2008. You must be 18 years old to purchase a raffle ticket for this event. All members and staff of ISPA may purchase tickets and participate in this raffle. On September 29, 2008 during the NTC National Conference in downtown “The winner assumes full responsibility for operating the motorcycle safely and responsibly, and in compliance with all state and federal laws. The winner agrees to execute a Disclosure and Release of Liability upon claiming the motorcycle, which shall include the winner’s agreement releasing, indemnifying and holding harmless the Indiana State Police Alliance, its officers and agents, of any and all liability arising from any damage or injury sustained directly or indirectly as a result of the possession, use and/or operation of the motorcycle.
