ISPA Members

Benefits built for Indiana troopers

The Alliance operates around five core pillars — each one designed to support, protect, and advocate for Indiana State Police members and their families.

Why become a member?

Greater membership means more credibility. When the Indiana State Police Alliance speaks for you — with every member contributing their ideas and concerns — it permits the Alliance to accomplish more for the group as a whole.

We welcome your ideas and constructive criticism. To get in touch, call us at 317-636-0929.

Foundation: Benevolence Fund
Benevolence Fund

The benevolent heart of the Alliance

The Foundation is the non-profit, benevolent arm of the Indiana State Police Alliance. At its core is the Benevolence Fund — providing direct financial support when members face a needs-of-life crisis, and paying our self-funded $50,000 line-of-duty death benefit, supplemented by an additional benefit through the PE1395 Fund. We also offer non-LODD, spousal, and dependent death benefits should that need arise.

Cops for Kids of Indiana

The Foundation's Cops for Kids program awards grants to members whose children participate in community-based programs, sports, or other youth activities. The Foundation also offers tuition reimbursement for members, their spouses, and dependent children pursuing secondary education — and the Winzenread Scholarship provides additional college support for outgoing high school seniors.
